Return & Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the product, our return/exchange policy gives you the facility to return/replace the product within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product/s ordered from LA ATTIRE.

The Return Process

  • You must inform us within 7 days of receipt of the product through email i.e or call us on +91-9555218888/ +91-9555318888
  • After receiving the request you will get the response from us within 24 hours, we will schedule a reverse pick-up
  • Please note that if you have agreed a time for pick up with our customer support team, you shall put your best efforts to make yourself available at the agreed time for pickup of the Product. We shall make three attempts to collect the Product from your address after which if the courier repeatedly fails to find you at the address for all the three times, there will be a Rs. 50 deduction from the amount to be refunded to you for every attempt after the third time to collect the Products from you.
  • Once the product is sent back to us, it undergoes a quality check. As soon as the product passes the inspection, a refund/store credit is processed.

Points to note

  • Returns/exchange request need to be within 7 days of the delivery of product
  • All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons, and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.
  • In case you receive a damaged/defective, the company should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We might request you to share snap shot at
  • In you choose to self-ship the products; they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised.
  • Please note, any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
  • Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.
  • In case of orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers can self-ship the items to LA ATTIRE. In this case, an amount of Rs. 100 will be reimbursed in the customer’s account towards shipping costs in the form of a coupon code. This will be done post the quality check of all the received items.
  • In the event that a replacement is not available in stock, we will offer you a store credit or a full refund back to your account.

How to Return?

  • Reverse pick up from your shipping address: We will arrange a reverse pick up, if the pin-code of your address will fall under the service network of our courier partners.
  • Self-ship: In case your pin code is not serviced by our courier partner, you will have to self-ship the product(s) back to us, to reach our Returns Department. For all self-shipped returns, you will be reimbursed INR 100 towards your shipping costs as a voucher which can be used for future purchase on our website.

Non-Returnable Categories

  • Product(s) is damaged due to use or misuse.
  • Product has a manufacturing defect, but has been used.
  • Product has been tampered with.
  • We won’t except returns on boxers and shorts to maintain our high standard of hygiene and professional service.

Return/Cancellation under Promotions/Offers/End of Season Sale (EOSS)

  • In case of full return of products the entire paid amount would be refunded either to your bank account or your LA account as per the applicable conditions mentioned above.
  • In case of Partial returns:
  • In the case of multiple products order where the customer has availed benefit of coupon codes or other discounts such as Flat Discounts or Buy One Get One, the refund will be done for how much the customer has paid after discount.

Refund Options

The customer can choose to get their refund in the following ways:

  • RECOMMENDED: A Coupon Code of the refund value + Rs 100 in your LA ATTIRE.COM account, which can be redeemed against any purchase. You may check the issued Coupon Code by applying over any product worth the product/ (s)
  • Money back to the paid account/ credit card for all online orders.
  • If you have paid for the order using Cash on Delivery option, then you will be required to provide the NEFT bank details for transfer to your bank account within 7 days of refund. Please note the Money Handling Charges of Rs 50 which was deducted at the time of transaction, will not be refunded in case of COD.
