You can buy the products as Guest, however, we strongly suggest you to create an account with you so that you can track your shipped products easily.

2 I Forgot my password, what to do?

Click on Forgot Password option available in Sign in/Register page. A link to set new password will be mailed to your registered Email ID.

3 Can I edit my personal information?

Yes, It can be done in “My Account” section.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF ORDER IS PLACED SUCCESSFULLY?

You will receive an email confirmation, once your order is successfully placed. This e-mail will have all the details related to your order.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO THE ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?

Yes, you can write an email at support@laattire.com However, your request will be entertained only if we are yet to dispatch your order.

HOW TO TRACK THE SHIPMENT OF MY PRODUCT?

Please follow the steps below to know the tracking id and the courier partner with which your shipment is dispatched.

1. Click on Log in at the top of the page.

2. Once logged in click on ‘My Account’ on top of website header.

3. In case of multiple orders find the order number and click on “View” Search results with tracking id of the courier company will appear.

Your consignment will be shipped between one or two days. You will get the book within 3-5 business days from the date of order

LA ATTIRE has partnered with a reliable company like cc avenue to provide the users a sense of security while ordering.

MONEY IS DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT, HOWEVER, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ORDER CONFIRMATION ON MY EMAIL, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

This could be the case of disruption in connection while ordering or due to some temporary issue going on with the bank. You can send us an email at support@laattire.com, so that we can check the status of your order at our end.

In case of unsuccessful transaction, you money will be rolled back to your account by the bank within 3-5 business days.

What happens if my credit/debit card has been compromised while making a payment online?

We do not collect or store your credit card information. If you suspect any such thing, then please report this immediately to bank.

DO YOU PROVIDE CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) PAYMENT OPTION?

Yes, we do provide the option of COD, however, as we do not have any facility to deposit the money back in case of COD, the money will be credited in the LA account of the customer.

CAN I CANCEL THE ORDER AFTER IT IS PLACED?

There is no option for customer to cancel the order on their own once the payment is made, however, you can write us at support@laattire.com as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been shipped, we can cancel it and refund your amount.

Once the order is shipped you can choose to not accept the order, money will be credited to your account once we receive the product back.
